Reminder
- If you had any issue with earbuds, charging/connection/sync, kindly disconnect the earbuds first, then put the earbuds in the case, long press on the touch control to reset the earbuds til the LED flash Blue and white for 3 times, and then you can pair them with your phone.
- Please choose the comfort-fit eartips before wearing, and give it a little twist to secure the earbuds in your ears.

Twin / Mono Mode
- UGREEN True wireless earbuds support Twin Mode & Mono Mode, and you can use each earbud independently. UGREEN HiTune is for Twin/Left Mono Mode, UGREEN HiTune R is for Right Mono Mode.
- If you want to go from Mono mode to Twin mode, simply disconnect the single earbuds with your phone first, the earbuds will connect and then pair with your phone.
